Higoods Shipping Policy: Fast & Reliable Delivery Across Australia

At Higoods, we’re on a mission to bring joy to your doorstep! Here’s everything you need to know about shipping your anime merch, 3D puzzles, and light-up treasures.

1) Where We Ship

We ship Australia-wide, including metro, regional, and remote areas.

2) Processing Time

Orders are processed within 0-1 business day (excluding weekends and public holidays).

3) Delivery Timeframes (Estimates)

Standard Shipping

·       Metro areas: typically 1-5 business days

·       Regional/Remote areas: typically 3-7 business days

Express Shipping (Selected Products Only)

If available, you can select Express Shipping at checkout (additional fees apply).

4) Shipping Costs & Free Shipping (Clear Rules)

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.

Free Standard Shipping Eligibility (by category)

Free standard shipping is automatically applied at checkout when the relevant category subtotal meets the threshold shown on site announcements:

·       Anime Goods: Free standard shipping when Anime Goods subtotal is $59+ AUD

·       Lumibricks / 3D Puzzles / Vinyl Face Dolls: Free standard shipping when eligible subtotal is $99+ AUD

Mixed Cart Rule

If your cart contains multiple categories, free standard shipping applies when either eligible category meets its own threshold; otherwise shipping is calculated at checkout.

Notes

·       Free shipping applies to standard shipping only (express is charged separately).

·       Some remote/oversize orders may show different options at checkout due to carrier constraints.

5) Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor delivery progress.

6) Signature on Delivery

For security, orders over $200 AUD require signature on delivery.

7) Address Accuracy

Please double-check your address. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.

8) Delays & Exceptions

Carrier disruptions, peak seasons, or extreme weather may cause delays. If your order seems overdue, contact us and we will help investigate.

Pre-order items: delivery estimates exclude pre-order items. Please refer to the product page for the expected timeline.

9) Lost, Missing, or Damaged Parcels

We take delivery issues seriously. We provide full insurance on all orders, and carbon-neutral shipping options may be available.

A) Parcel is delayed or has not arrived

·       Please check the tracking link first (carrier scans can be delayed).

·       If tracking shows no meaningful movement or your parcel is overdue, email us and we will start an investigation with the carrier.

What to send us:

·       Order number

·       Full delivery address and best contact number

·       Tracking number (if available)

·       Any delivery instructions (e.g., safe drop, apartment access)

B) Tracking shows Delivered but you did not receive it

Please do the quick checks below first (this speeds up carrier investigations):

·       Check mailbox/parcel locker/safe place around the property

·       Ask household members/building reception/neighbours

If still missing, contact us. We will lodge a carrier enquiry/claim (based on tracking events and delivery evidence when applicable) and work with you on the next step under the order insurance coverage.

C) Parcel arrives damaged

Contact us as soon as possible with:

·       Clear photos of the outer packaging (all sides)

·       Photos/video of the damaged item(s)

·       A photo of the shipping label

We will assess and provide the appropriate resolution in line with Australian Consumer Law and the order insured shipment coverage.

D) Important notes

·       We may be unable to assist with delivery issues caused by an incorrect/incomplete address supplied at checkout.

·       For high-value orders, signature on delivery may be required (orders over $200 AUD).
