Are the products officially licensed?

All anime blind boxes sold by Higoods are officially licensed by Japanese copyright holders, ensuring authenticity and compliance with original production standards.

Can I request a specific character in blind boxes?

Blind boxes are designed to provide a randomized experience, and specific character requests cannot be accommodated. Due to the nature of the product and potential impact on resale value, opened blind boxes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

What should I know before placing an order?

All goods are mass-produced. Minor imperfections (e.g., slight scratches, uneven paint, glue residue, or small stains) may occur during manufacturing. These are considered industry-accepted tolerances. Please reconsider purchasing if such details concern you.

What is the after-sales policy?

To qualify for after-sales support, you must provide a complete unboxing video (clearly showing package condition, shipping label, and product details) upon delivery. Claims regarding damaged/missing items without valid video evidence will not be processed.

What Is the Warranty Period for Your Products?

All our products come with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. *

Lights Not Turning On? Try These Steps:

1. Unplug all cables from the expansion board.

2. Plug the USB cable into a single port on the expansion board.

3. Reconnect each cable one by one.

a.  If no lights work, the expansion board may be damaged.

b. If some lights work but others turn off when connected to one wire, there may be a short circuit in that wire.

Missing or Damaged Parts?

If your building blocks or decorative lights are damaged or missing, follow these steps:

1. Mark the damaged parts in the instruction manual (include the step number where the issue was noticed).

2. Take clear photos of the damaged components.

3. Provide order details (order number or shipping address).

4. Submit a request via:

a.  Email: Send your request, list of missing parts, and photos to info@higoods.com.au.

b. Higoods online replacement request form.

Can I Plug the Lights Directly Into a Household Power Outlet?

Our lighting kits operate at 5 volts maximum. While they can be powered via a USB phone charger or power bank, we do not recommend prolonged use with higher-voltage power sources, as this may:

● Increase heat generation, potentially shortening the lights' lifespan.

● Raise the risk of burnout over time.

Understanding Instruction Manual Symbols

● Numbers inside circles and squares: Indicate the size of building blocks in terms of studs (the small bumps on the pieces).

● ‘1x’ or ‘4x’ notation: Refers to how many pieces of that type are required. For example:

○ 1x = One piece needed

○ 4x = Four pieces needed
